Apartment Altai is a modern, ground-floor 2-bedroom apartment hidden away in a quiet cul-de-sac with no passing traffic right in the heart of Chamonix Town Centre. Spead over 55m2 and sleeping up to a maximum of seven people or five in individual beds, Apartment Altai is a fantastic holiday rental apartment that you can reach and stay in without need for your own transport.
Built in 2020, the building is a two-minute walk from the main shopping area and the world-famous Aiguille du Midi cable car. The property benefits from a paved terrace with a BBQ and a small grass lawn.
Inside the apartment the main living area is an open plan kitchen that is fully equipped.
A floating island serves as a dining area where up to six people can eat. A double sofa bed on one side of the room allows guests to watch the TV that is hidden in the dining island, and can sleep two people if needed. On the other side of the room, a single sofa bed provides a second area to relax in and can also sleep another person if needed.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed with a wall mounted flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two seperate single beds placed one above the other on different sides of the room.
A bathroom with a shower cubicle sits between the two bedrooms and a separate toilet services the apartment.
