Perched on the 5th floor of the prestigious Les Alpes building, this four-bedroom duplex provides a unique opportunity to combine a mountain holiday in one of the world's most sought-after ski resorts with a stay right in the hyper-center of Chamonix. Here, you'll have immediate access to the shops, bars, and restaurants lining Chamonix's bustling high street.
Spanning a generous 220m2 across two floors, Truelove Towers boasts four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A TV snug offers an additional sleeping space.
Both floors feature two ensuite bedrooms and a dedicated area for relaxation and socializing.
The lower floor's living space features an open-plan kitchen, a lounge area with comfortable sofas surrounding a TV and surround sound system, an extendable dining area for group meals, and a genuine log fireplace. Logs provided. A separate communal toilet in the utility room ensures guests' bedrooms and bathrooms remain private and undisturbed by activities in the communal living and dining spaces on the lower floor.
The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
Bedroom 1: 1 fixed double bed
Bedroom 2: 1 fixed double bed
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds that can be combined to make 1 double
Bedroom 4: 3 single beds, 2 of which can be combined to make 1 double
TV/Office snug: 1 single sofabed
While the lower floor hosts sofas and a dining table, the upper floor offers an open-plan social area with a baby foot/table football game, a bar-style table and chairs, and a TV snug with a games console. Large families or groups of friends can comfortably spread out over the two floors, enjoying a relaxed and uncrowded holiday experience.
