A ground floor apartment in a beautifully renovated farmhouse with foundations dating back to the 1700’s. Located in the pretty hamlet of Le Mont, south facing, overlooking the village of Servoz. Servoz is the first village you approach as you leave the autoroute Blanch for the Chamonix Valley. It is just 20 minutes’ drive from the centre of Chamonix.
This private ground floor apartment is 60sqm and benefits from: 2 bedrooms (the second bedroom can be either single or double); open plan kitchen with dishwasher; living space opening onto a private deck & garden; and a modern bathroom including washing machine.
Heating is provided by an energy efficient granule boiler with an underfloor hydraulic system.
There is a small supermarket and butchers plus patisserie in Servoz village. There is also a bistro/petite restauration "La Table du Lieutenant" open most of the year 2 minutes’ walk from the farmhouse.
Parking for 1 car is provided.
The apartment is only available to rent for the whole winter season and has a set price for this period. The upper apartment is also available for rent, (with 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine level sleeping up to 6) along with the option to rent the farmhouse as a whole.
